Services

Watopak Logistics provides premium package delivery services from our USA facilities to our delivery points in Jamaica. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable fees for these services.

Prohibited Items

Certain items are not acceptable for shipping, including but not limited to: cash, precious metals, perishable goods, hazardous materials, and illegal items. Watopak Logistics reserves the right to reject packages that violate these restrictions.

Liability

Watopak Logistics's maximum liability for loss or damage is limited to the value of the shipment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Jamaican courts.
